This website is operated by ESTI Nails Studio. By using the website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and any salon policies shown during the booking process.
2. Booking information and messages
Online booking is provided through Dash Booking. You may be asked for your name, telephone number, and email address to create and manage an appointment.
Depending on your selections, messages may include:
- A one-time verification code.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- A feedback request after an appointment.
- Promotional messages where you have provided consent.
Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe from SMS marketing or “HELP” for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.
3. Services, pricing, and timing
Service prices and availability may change without notice. Appointment durations are estimates and may vary according to the requested design, removal work, nail condition, and other individual needs.
4. Cancellations and changes
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, and certain bookings may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit as disclosed during booking.
To change an appointment, use the booking platform when available or call (647) 955-7880.
5. Deposits, payments, and refunds
Some bookings may require a deposit. Online payments are processed through Dash Booking using Stripe and are transferred to the salon. Refunds and appointment credits are subject to the salon policy presented during booking.

6. Website information
We work to keep website information accurate and current, but service details, prices, hours, and offers may change. The live booking page and information confirmed by the salon take priority if there is a discrepancy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ESTI Nails Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, inability to access the booking platform, or reliance on general website information.
